Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of Superglu, operated by Hypership Ltd. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What Superglu does

Superglu lets you create AI-powered email agents. You describe your business and preferences, your agent gets an email address, and it handles inbound emails by generating replies — either held as drafts for your approval, or sent automatically, depending on your settings.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Superglu.

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use Superglu only for lawful purposes.
• Not use Superglu to send spam, phishing emails, or unsolicited messages.
• Not use Superglu to impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Not attempt to circumvent any usage limits or security measures.
• Ensure your agent's system prompt does not instruct the AI to produce harmful, illegal, or misleading content.

AI-generated content

Replies generated by your agent are produced by AI (Anthropic's Claude). You should understand that:

• AI-generated replies may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content.
• In draft mode, you review and approve every reply before it is sent. You are responsible for the content you approve.
• In autonomous mode, replies are sent automatically without your review. You are responsible for configuring your agent appropriately and monitoring its output.
• You are ultimately responsible for all emails sent from your agent's address, regardless of mode.

Your content

You retain ownership of all content you provide (system prompts, agent configurations) and all email content processed through the service. We do not claim any rights over your content. We use it solely to operate the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service availability

We aim to keep Superglu available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to take the service offline for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by downtime or delayed email delivery.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hypership Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

• You can delete your account at any time. We will delete all your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that could harm others or the service itself.
• We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or through the service. Continued use of Superglu after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Northern Ireland.
