What we collect

When you use Superglu, we collect and process:

• Account information — your email address and name, provided via Clerk (our authentication provider) when you sign up.
• Agent configuration — the name, system prompt, and settings you give your AI agents.
• Email content — the subject and body of inbound emails sent to your agent's address, and the AI-generated replies your agent drafts or sends.

How we use your data

• To operate the service — receiving emails, generating replies, and displaying conversations in your dashboard.
• To authenticate you and protect your account.
• To improve service reliability and fix issues.

We do not use your email content to train AI models. We do not sell your data.

How AI processes your emails

Inbound emails are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate replies. The email content is sent as part of the API request and is subject to Anthropic's privacy policy. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models.

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate Superglu:

• Clerk — authentication and account management.
• Neon — database hosting (stores your agents, conversations, and messages).
• Postmark — inbound and outbound email delivery.
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI reply generation.
• Inngest — background job processing.
• Vercel — application hosting.

Data retention

We retain your email content and conversations for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete all associated data including agents, conversations, and messages.

Your rights

You can:

• Access and view all your data through your dashboard.
• Delete your agents and their associated conversations at any time.
• Request deletion of your account and all data by contacting us.
• Request a copy of your data by contacting us.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only, for authentication and session management (provided by Clerk). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or through the service. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
